By accessing or using the Traction application, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.

Traction is a habit-tracking application that allows users to monitor and improve their daily habits. The App provides personalized insights and recommendations based on user-input data.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

Traction offers a subscription plan with a 3-month free trial. After the trial period, you will be billed at the selected rate unless you cancel before the trial ends. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled.

You retain ownership of all data you input into Traction. We process this data solely to provide our services, including generating AI insights.

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the App

The App is provided on an "as is" basis. Traction does not provide medical advice and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical guidance.
